1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use af77 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. We require valid age verification and reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming are legal. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number.
• You may register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Deposits and Payments

af77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers from major Bangladesh banks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are processed instantly for mobile financial services and typically within 24 hours for bank transfers. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name—third-party deposits are not permitted. We do not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

You must ensure that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and that you have legal ownership of those funds. af77 complies with anti-money laundering regulations and reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for any deposit. Deposits used for money laundering or fraudulent purposes will result in immediate account closure, fund seizure, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All deposits are in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). If you deposit from a foreign currency account, your bank or payment provider will apply currency conversion at their prevailing exchange rate, and you are responsible for any conversion fees or losses.

3. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative method verified and approved by af77. Withdrawal processing times are typically 24-48 hours for mobile financial services and up to 5 business days for bank transfers.

• Before processing your first withdrawal, af77 requires identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer). You must provide valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms.
• af77 reserves the right to charge a withdrawal fee for excessive withdrawal requests or withdrawals below certain thresholds.
• You may not withdraw funds deposited but not yet wagered. A minimum wagering requirement of 1x the deposit amount applies before withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals must be made to accounts registered in the account holder's legal name.

In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect crediting of funds to your account, af77 reserves the right to void the erroneous credit and adjust your balance accordingly.

4. Betting Rules and Conditions

All bets placed on af77 are subject to the specific rules of each sport or game type. Cricket betting follows ICC and respective board regulations. Football betting follows FIFA and league-specific rules. All bets are final once confirmed. af77 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets unless there is a clear technical error on our part.

Odds are determined by af77 and may change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that will apply to your wager. af77 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake amount on any bet at our sole discretion, particularly for customers who consistently win large amounts or display patterns consistent with professional betting syndicates.

In the event of a void, cancelled, postponed, or abandoned match or event, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned to player accounts. For multi-bets (accumulators), voided selections are treated as having odds of 1.00. af77 settlement decisions are final. All bet settlements are based on official results as declared by the governing sports bodies. We do not recognize protests or subsequent amendments unless officially recognized by the relevant sports authority.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

af77 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time. You cannot claim multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, account closure, and potential legal action.
• af77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, modify bonus terms, or exclude players from promotions at our discretion.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

af77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activities, including deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion options. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately and require a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on af77 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Money laundering or using af77 to transfer funds for illegal purposes.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or exploitation of inside information to gain unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting software (bots), scripts, or any technology designed to manipulate the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on af77 including logos, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces is the intellectual property of af77 or our licensed partners and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any af77 content without explicit written permission.

The af77 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks for any purpose is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use af77 services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to download, copy, or redistribute af77 software or content.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. af77 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of af77 is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. af77 is not responsible for gambling losses or any emotional, financial, or psychological harm resulting from gambling activity on our platform. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means.

10. Dispute Resolution

We will investigate your complaint and respond within 5 business days. Most disputes are resolved quickly and amicably through our support team.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to our management team. af77 management decisions are final and binding. You agree that any dispute arising from your use of af77 must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims made after 30 days will not be considered.

Closure requests due to disagreement with amended terms will be processed within 7 business days, and any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
